Hi, I’m Patricia — a proud mom of five beautiful children, a dreamer with a heart for people, and the founder of 5 Hearts Incorporated.

If you told me years ago that I’d be here—building a space rooted in community & purpose—I would have smiled, but I’m not sure I would’ve believed it. As a young mom, I learned the power of community, and now I’m pouring that love into everything we do. Like many young moms, I’ve experienced seasons of exhaustion, growth, and grace. But through it all, I’ve always carried a deep conviction that I was meant to walk alongside and support other young mothers.

5 Hearts was born out of that calling. It’s more than a business. It’s a mission to create a safe and uplifting space where moms and families can gather, feel seen, and know they’re not alone. Saying yes to God’s plan wasn’t always easy, but trusting Him has led me here—to this beautiful beginning.

What makes this journey even more special is that I don’t walk it alone. I get to do this with my five incredible children by my side, watching, learning, and sometimes helping—proof that this dream truly belongs to all of us. And with my amazing husband, who selflessly serves our country, this calling feels even more complete.

At 5 Hearts —we pour love, faith, and intention into everything we do. A portion of every purchase goes toward helping young moms and families get the support and provide the resources they need, because we believe that when we show up for one another, lives are changed.
